Other Details to Note

There is a pet fee of $35 per day. The fee will be sent separately prior to check-in. $250 refundable security deposit. Refunded 1-2 days after checkout pending no damage to the property. Renter is responsible for any additional damage over $250 if an incident does occur.

Brittany was a wonderful host and went above and beyond in communicating with us as needed. The house was perfect for our family and we enjoyed all of the conveniences that were provided within the house; it was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everyday items. You can see and hear the ocean from the top deck so even when you’re just relaxing at the house you can still get some ocean time in. We rented the golf cart along with the house and it was worth every penny! Beach access was just a quick walk away, but the golf cart definitely came in handy for tired little legs and quick convenience store runs while saving our cars from sand. Overall it was a great house. We look forward to staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at the Surf City House! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—actually, even better. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect beachy vibe that instantly put us in vacation mode. The location couldn’t be more ideal—just a short walk to the beach, great local restaurants, and everything Surf City has to offer. The outdoor spaces were a huge bonus—we especially loved sipping coffee on the deck in the mornings and winding down in the evening with the sound of the ocean in the background. The host was responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. They clearly take great pride in making sure guests have a top-notch experience. We made some wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside getaway!

The place is amazing the beds are comfortable very spacious love how there’s a decks on both sides of the house. Plenty of bathrooms and most importantly just a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing in this home. The house had great views from the decks, it was fully stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable, very important! Our host responded quickly and was very helpful with questions. Not a complaint, but, for future renters traveling with small children I would recommend bringing a baby gate to use at the top of the stairs of the kitchen and main living area. The stairs are a little steep and we had to keep close eyes on our grandchildren. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay! I would recommend this home for your next vacation at Surf City! 5 stars ⭐️

Brittany the host was amazing. Very truthful and clear. Always responded with in a few minutes. Very honest and willing to work out the details to make your stay more comfortable. The house was very clean (very important with babies). The view is amazing and the location makes access to the beach very simple. Amazing place and amazing host. We had a blast! Hope who ever stays here will have memories as special as ours.

Brittany’s place was perfect. We cooked every night, we had everything we needed. Golf cart was awesome. Beds slept well. If you can’t do steps, you might want to move on. I loved her house. We will definitely be back.

Our family spent Thanksgiving at Brittany’s place. It was very comfortable for our adult children and the dogs! The kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed to make a full Thanksgiving’s day meal! Brittany even kindly ordered a new cookie sheet with a rim when I inquired if she had one. The layout made for great family time as well as privacy with the two ensuite’s with bathrooms. Surf City is charming and made for great walks on the beach, surfing for our son and biking and walking at the nearby Holly Shelter Games lands.

Loved staying at this property! The home is very clean, nicely decorated, has plenty of room and is located in a nice neighborhood. The host is very responsive and friendly. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed staying in Surf City.

Stayed here for our elopement in surf city. House was great and walkable distance to the beach. Location was also great with a quick ride with the golf cart to restaurants and shops. Great selection of beach chairs for the beach in the shed as well. Bring extra paper towels and kitchen trash bags which I know it’s normal for airbnb hosts to only provide one to get you started. Would definitely come back.
